An NBC comedy series is bringing back Megan Mullally, reports EW.com’s Inside TV. Mullally will reprise her role on “Parks and Recreation" as Tammy 2, a diabolical librarian and the second ex-wife of Ron Swanson, the story reports.
In real life, Mullally is the spouse of Nick Offerman, who plays Swanson. Offerman’s character is starting a romance with Diane, played by Lucy Lawless.
Tammy 2 "does what she’s best at: trying to ruin Ron’s life,” executive producer Michael Schur said. "It’s kind of the ultimate test of Ron’s relationship with Diane. And also the ultimate mission for Ron’s emotional guardian, Leslie Knope [Amy Poehler].”
Mullally, known for her long run on NBC’s “Will & Grace,” will return to “Parks” in late November.
