NBC continued to show ratings strength on Monday night, with “The Voice” and “Revolution” pushing the network to a big win over its broadcast rivals.

Citing Nielsen overnights, TVbytheNumbers.com reports that NBC averaged a 4.3 rating for prime time in the key demo of viewers 18-49, easily outpacing CBS (2.6 average), ABC (2.1), Univision (1.5) and Fox (1.3). ABC inched ahead in total viewers, averaging 12.6 million to 11.5 million for NBC, 8.2 million for CBS, 4.8 million for Fox and 3.7 million for Univision.

NBC’s two-hour “The Voice” was the top show of the night, averaging a 4.8 rating in the 18-49 demo — even with a week ago. “Revolution” delivered a 3.4, up from a 3.0 last week.

CBS was mostly up from last week. “How I Met Your Mother” had a 3.2 in 18-49, up from a 3.1; “Mike & Molly” came through with a 3.0, up from a 2.8; “Partners” was at 2.1, up from a 1.9; and “Hawaii Five-0” came in at 2.0, up from a 1.9. “2 Broke Girls” was down a tick from last week’s 3.4 to a 3.3, but was the network’s highest-rated show.

ABC was down slightly from a week earlier: It’s two-hour “Dancing with the Stars” came in with a 2.1 in the 18-49 demo, down from a 2.2; and “Castle” finished at 2.0, down from a 2.2.

Fox had an MLB playoff game, which came in with a preliminary 1.3 average in 18-49, subject to more than the usual adjustments due to the nature of live programming.
