Director Oliver Stone is sounding off about Hurricane Sandy, saying the huge storm is making a commentary of sorts on the current political situation, according to The Huffington Post.
Stone’s take is that the storm sends a warning to both presidential candidates that they’re not taking the issue of climate change seriously enough.
Said Stone: "I was a little disappointed at the third debate when neither of them talked about climate control and the nature of the situation on Earth. I think there’s kind of a weird statement coming right after … this is a punishment … Mother Nature cannot be ignored.”
