Kim Cattrall, one of the stars of the HBO hit "Sex and the City," has been cast in and will produce a show called "Sensitive Skin," reports Deadline.com. Cattrall will star in the Canadian project as a woman going through a midlife crisis, the piece reports.
The project received a six-episode order from Canada’s Movie Central and The Movie Network.
Cattrall is set to executive produce along with Don McKellar and Bob Martin, who is writing. The program is an adaptation of a 2005 British comedy series.
The project was originally set up at HBO, with Cattrall attached to star and executive produce, the story adds. The Canadian version is searching for a U.S. network to carry the program.
