One of the stars of the hit ABC sitcom "Modern Family" is working to block the sale of personal photos she says were stolen, reports the New York Post’s Page Six. Sofia Vergara says the pics were stolen from a BlackBerry owned by her fiance, Nick Loeb, the story reports.
The photos — which are described as personal but not fully revealing — went up for sale by an unknown person in Delray Beach, Fla. The pictures were apparently hacked or stolen from Loeb’s phone before the pair became engaged this summer.
It’s unlikely that the pictures will go public, as Vergara’s management and legal team have been "aggressive" about getting them off the market, the article notes.
