A producer of a Bravo reality series is suing his longtime assistant, alleging she broke confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements by writing a tell-all book, reports Deadline.com.
Jeff Lewis, a producer of the series "Flipping Out," and his production company filed the lawsuit against Jenni Pulos, according to the report. The suit says Pulos’ book was originally called "Hang In There, Baby: What One of the World’s Most Difficult Bosses Taught Me About Life, Work and Love," but later was changed to simply "Hang In There, Baby."
Lewis says he requested a copy of the manuscript but that Pulos’ agents advised against it, the story notes. The book is scheduled to be released in August 2013.
Lewis is asking for a “a preliminary and permanent injunction” against Pulos or any of her representatives from “publishing any and all facts and/or references to events … related in any manner to personal, private, proprietary and confidential information," according to the suit.
