One of the stars of the long-running Fox period sitcom "That ’70s Show" has been arrested in North Carolina, TMZ.com reports. Lisa Robin Kelly, who played Eric Forman’s (Topher Grace) promiscuous older sister on the comedy series, was arrested for allegedly assaulting her husband, the story reports.

Kelly, 42, was arrested along with her husband, 61, after an apparent violent encounter in which they reportedly assaulted each other. Kelly and her husband remained in custody at the time of the report.

It’s not the first brush with the law for Kelly, who pleaded guilty to DUI in 2010, the piece notes. She was involved in a domestic violence case earlier this year in Los Angeles, as previously reported, with the district attorney eventually declining to file charges in that case.

Kelly’s mug shot in the L.A. case became an Internet sensation for a period of time back in April — click here to see it.
