Vevo has just unveiled Vevo TV, an always-on, broadcast-style music and video channel being made available exclusively to the United States and Canada. The service is offered through vevo.com and on apps for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Xbox and Roku.
Like TV, this channel is something you can tune in to 24/7 for scheduled blocks of HD music videos, original Vevo programming and live concert events,” a company spokesman stated. “All programming is created for humans by humans (no algorithms allowed!). adidas Originals, McDonald’s, Red Bull and State Farm are launch sponsors.”
The company continues to provide its traditonal on-demand service.
