A private-practice attorney who was a legal analyst for MSNBC has been found dead. Citing a report from the Cliffview Pilot, TVNewser.com reported Wednesday night that Jay Fahy died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Fahy appeared on the network in June to talk about the George Zimmerman trial, and also contributed to CNBC.
Fahy was found dead of a gunshot wound to the head by two men walking under a railroad trestle at a location near his office in Rutherford, N.J., the Cliffview Pilot reported. There wasn’t any sign of foul play, but police are investigating, the piece adds.
Fahy was reportedly a former prosecutor who specialized in white-collar crime.
