TLC has made the decision to bring back a series for another season. Deadline.com reports that the cable channel picked up a second season of "Who Do You Think You Are."
The channel ordered 10 one-hour episodes, to be televised during 2014. The show’s season-one finale airs tonight.
"The series, which has been averaging 1.8 million P2+ viewers in its first season, takes celebrities on a journey into their personal histories, mining their pasts to reveal unknown details about themselves and their families," the story reports. "Celebrities featured this past season include Christina Applegate, Kelly Clarkson, Cindy Crawford, Zooey Deschanel, Chelsea Handler, Chris O’Donnell and Trisha Yearwood."
Jim Parsons of "The Big Bang Theory" is lined up for tonight’s season finale, the piece notes.
