Former "Three’s Company" star Suzanne Somers is coming under fire for a Wall Street Journal opinion piece published Monday in which she attacks Obamacare — with the piece containing a number of errors, reports the Los Angeles Times’ Show Tracker.

Somers writes: "As a writer of 24 books mostly on health and wellness … I have come to the following conclusions: First of all, let’s call affordable health care what it really is: It’s socialized medicine."

She also implies that the health-care law is "a greater Ponzi scheme than that pulled off by Bernie Madoff."

Her opinion piece was undermined by three published corrections, notes the Times, which adds, "a high number for an article of fewer than 600 words." Two of the corrections have to do with quotes that were either disputed or unverifiable, while a third is due to an inaccurate description of a magazine cover.

The latter correction reads: "The cover of a Maclean’s magazine issue in 2008 showed a picture of a dog on an examining table with the headline ‘Your Dog Can Get Better Health Care Than You.’ An earlier version of this post incorrectly said the photo showed and headline referred to a horse."

The Times report adds: "Many readers weren’t kind. ‘Shouldn’t this be filed under humor?,’ one commenter wrote."

The report also notes: "The Journal is owned by News Corp., the conglomerate controlled by billionaire Rupert Murdoch, who also owns Fox News Channel."
