A TNT drama series has undegone a key change behind the scenes. According to The Hollywood Reporter, TNT’s "Rizzoli & Isles" named Jan Nash as the new showrunner, succeeding creator and showrunner Janet Tamaro.
Tamaro left at the end of the show’s fourth season, the report notes.
Nash has previously worked on TNT’s "Memphis Beat" and CBS’s "Without a Trace."
"Rizzoli & Isles" stars Angie Harmon and Sasha Alexander as a police detective and a medical examiner, and has an average of 8.4 million viewers in live-plus-7 ratings for the current season.
