CBS took the wraps off a marquee on the Ed Sullivan Theater that duplicates the one that appeared 50 years ago when the Beatles gave their historic debut performance on "The Ed Sullivan Show" on Feb. 9, 1964.
USA Today reports that the unveiling was in connection with CBS’s celebration of the 50th anniversary of the event, which includes the special "The Beatles: The Night That Changed America — A Grammy Salute," airing Sunday.
Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr will reportedly sit down for an interview with David Letterman, whose "Late Show" tapes at the Ed Sullivan Theater.
