Science Channel is moving forward with a series called “I F—ing Love Science,” executive produced by a familiar face on late-night, Craig Ferguson, TheWrap.com reports.
Ferguson has hosted CBS’s “Late Late Show” since 2005.
The new series is inspired by a Facebook page called I F*cking Love Science, which was created by Elise Andrew, a biology student from the U.K.
The Science Channel show will include live-action and animated sequences, and will debut toward the end of 2014. The announcement was made by Ferguson in a videotaped message played at the South by Southwest festival in Austin, the piece notes.
“If you know anything about me, you know I love science,” Ferguson said. “Science has a naughty secret — it’s that all things are connected. And this show is going to explore the randomness of science. Think of it as a late-night Google search that goes a hundred pages deep until things get weird — and then you just keep going. And there is no better partner for this kind of smart entertainment like Science Channel and Elise.”
I really don’t give a Flying Fiddler’s Fornicate about what Craig Ferguson is doing. What I want to know is, What is “Late Night Science” you Rocket Scientists keep showing Ads for?
