TV presenter and writer Peaches Geldof, the daughter of musician Bob Geldof, has died. Variety reports that she died Monday afternoon from unknown causes. She was 25.
Geldof was found by police in her Kent apartment in the U.K., with officials treating her death as “unexplained and sudden.”
She started her career when she was 15 and wrote a guest column for Elle magazine, later appearing on TV shows such as Britain’s “OMG! with Peaches Geldof.”
In a statement published by the U.K.’s The Guardian, her father said, “We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever. How sad that sentence is."
