Actress Tori Spelling was recently hospitalized for at least six days, E! Online reports, noting that the reason for her medical care isn’t known.

The report notes that Spelling's hospitalization comes amid marriage issues, as well as the April 22 debut of her reality show “True Tori” on Lifetime. Her husband, Dean McDermott, cheated on her last year in a two-day affair with a 28-year-old woman, the story reports.

Her husband nevertheless was with her during her hospital stay, arriving by 10 a.m. and staying until 8 p.m., the story says. Spelling was released Saturday afternoon.
