Amazon Studios is lining up a star-studded cast for a new comedy project. Deadline.com reports that the company has cast "Scrubs" star Sarah Chalke to play the female lead in the pilot for "Really."

“Hellboy” actress Selma Blair is also joining the project, the story reports.

The comedy, which is written and directed by and stars Jay Chandrasekhar, is about a group of 30-something friends in Chicago. Chandrasekhar will portray a neurologist married to Chalke’s character, an attorney, while Blair will play the wife of one of their friends.

The dynamics of their group of friends shifts when Chandrasekhar’s character catches Blair’s character in a relationship with someone other than her husband.

The project, which is also executive produced by Jamie Tarses, will soon start production in New Orleans.
