The man in the photo is Moises Arias, who played Rico on “Hannah Montana.” The photo, which surfaced this week on Instagram, shows Smith fully clothed and lying down on the bed, while Arias sits up behind her.

Jada Pinkett Smith told TMZ that the photo is innocent and that people who think otherwise are “covert pedophiles.”
