The classic 1976 horror movie “The Omen” is being developed as a project at Lifetime, with the network tapping former “Walking Dead” showrunner Glen Mazzara to write and executive produce, reports EW.com’s Inside TV.

The project is called “Damien” and is a follow-up on the horror story, which was about parents who adopt a baby, only to find out that he is the Antichrist. The original film had two sequels and a 2006 remake that starred Julia Stiles and Liev Schreiber.
