“Paternity Court” will return this fall with a new name and a new production home, along with a change in focus, reports the New York Post.

The syndicated show will return as “Lauren Lake’s Paternity Court,” and will be produced in Atlanta for the upcoming season, instead of Los Angeles, the story notes.

“Executive producer David Armour says the show will focus more this season on the ‘emotions’ involved in the paternity cases, on the participants’ back stories and on helping families ‘find closure so they can move forward with their lives.’ (The show uses DNA testing to help litigants resolve legal issues.),” the story reports.

The show will also shift to 1 p.m. this fall on New York’s WLNY-TV from 3 p.m., the report notes.
