Famed radio personality Casey Kasem isn’t buried yet, a month after his death, according to a representative for his daughter, reports People magazine.

Kasem’s second wife, Jean Kasem, has the rights to his body, but hasn’t yet arranged for his burial, according to the publicist for Kerri Kasem. His children from his first marriage, including Kerri Kasem, want him to be buried at Forest Lawn cemetery in Glendale, Calif., which is where he wished to be buried, the rep said.

The iconic deejay and "American Top 40" creator died June 15, as previously reported, and his body remains at a funeral home in Tacoma, Wash.

A spokesman for St. Anthony Hospital in Washington said Kasem’s wife collected his remains, but that he didn’t know what arrangements were made. Jean Kasem’s attorney didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment, the story adds.
