One of the most high-profile stars of the pop music scene saw her NBC special go down in flames in the ratings Sunday night, based on Nielsen overnights for the key 18-49 demo.

TVbytheNumbers.com reports that the two-hour concert special "Miley Cyrus: Bangerz Tour" pulled a soft 0.7 average rating in viewers 18-49. Paired with a two-hour repeat of "American Ninja Warrior" that settled for an 0.6 average, that left NBC in fourth place for the night among the big four broadcast networks.

ABC won the night by a narrow margin over CBS, despite a 1.8 average in the 18-49 demo for CBS's "Big Brother" — the best number Sunday night for any program on broadcast prime. While "Brother" equaled last week's average, CBS's "Reckless" rose 17% to an 0.7 and "Unforgettable" fell 22% to an 0.7.

ABC's two-hour "Rising Star" held steady with a 1.2 average in 18-49, while "Wipeout" slipped 17% to a 1.0.

Fox broke out two fresh programs, with "Family Guy" pulling a 1.2 average in adults 18-49 while "Brain Games: Trust Me" settled for an 0.5. That was only half of the 1.0 Fox had for its previous "Brain Games" special, a year ago.

For prime time overall, ABC averaged a 1.1 rating to lead the 18-49 demo, followed by CBS (1.0 average), Fox (0.9), NBC (0.7) and Univision (0.6). CBS was No. 1 in total viewers with 6.1 million, ahead of ABC (4.0 million), NBC (2.3 million), Fox (2.1 million) and Univision (1.6 million).
