The E! Entertainment series “Fashion Police” has found its replacement for the late Joan Rivers. According to a report on TMZ.com, Kathy Griffin will be the show’s new host.

“Sources connected with the show tell TMZ it’s a done deal,” the story reports. “Kathy will join Melissa Rivers, Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic. We don’t know the fate of George Kotsiopoulos.”

The E! series won’t be a weekly series any longer, however, the story adds. The network will instead air the program as “event programming” in connection with awards shows and other special occasions.
