CBS’s new late-night entry “Late Late Show with James Corden” appears to be holding up well in the ratings. The network announced that the show’s second night, Tuesday, retained 100% of its audience from Monday in key demos along with 88% of its total audience from the first night.

Tuesday’s installment had 1.47 million total viewers, along with an 0.5 average rating in adults 25-54, and 0.4 in 18-49 and an 0.2 in 18-34, according to the announcement.

“Compared to the Tuesday ‘Late Late Show’ average this season, ‘Late Late Show’ was up +3% in viewers (from 1.42m), +33% in adults 18-49 (from 0.3) and even in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-34,” the network noted.

  1. Sorry, but after Craig Ferguson, this guy, while seemingly a nice enough bloke, as a late night host, I find to be exceedingly lame. I don’t think he’ll last too long. On the other hand, I WAS wrong about Blackish…

  2. He was great!! Loved him and his show!!
