It’s the beginning of the annual Labor Day weekend, and according to TV Tango there are 393 marathons this weekend.

Says TV Tango, “No Labor Day Weekend is complete without a ‘Dirty Jobs’ marathon — this year you can watch on Friday (Animal Planet) and Saturday (Science Channel). Or you can celebrate women all weekend long, as Pivot presents ‘Weekend of Women,’ an event hosted by YouTube sensation Franchesca Ramsey that includes films and shows from female filmmakers and that feature strong female characters. With the new TV season just around the corner, you can catch up on Season 1 of ‘Empire’ with a full-season marathon on Monday on FX.  If you’d rather watch something online, we suggest ‘Younger’ on TVLand.com, which is making the entire first season available over Labor Day Weekend.”

Besides TV Tango, there is a great list of marathons this weekend on the website of TV.com.

Some of the most enticing marathons include “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” airing now on BBC America (if you are looking at this during the day on Friday, Sept. 4), and five “Rocky” movies, also airing today, on Bravo.

Tonight Discovery Life has its “Sex Sent Me to the Slammer” marathon, and Nat Geo today has its “Science of Stupid” marathon.

And that’s just the beginning. To see the list of marathons on TV Tango, please click here. To check out the marathons listed on TV.com, please click here.

And these lists don’t even include any binge viewing you might want to stream on services such as Netflix, Amazon or Hulu! Enjoy your viewing!!
