A mini-marathon of David Hasselhoff programming will help get the ball rolling for the Hoff’s return to U.S. TV next month.

The AP reports that the cable channel AXS unveiled plans to roll out “Hoff the Record,” Hasselhoff’s U.K. comedy series, on March 31. The Hasselhoff programming gets rolling at 3 p.m. ET.

“One highlight: Hasselhoff will be interviewed by Dan Rather for the newsman’s AXS series, ‘The Big Interview,'” the story reports. “The tribute also will feature clips from Hasselhoff shows and movies including ‘Baywatch’ and ‘Knight Rider,’ with the actor sharing anecdotes from his career.”

“Hoff the Record” debuts at 9 p.m. ET, with the six-episode series starring the actor as a fictionalized version of himself trying to jump-start his career in England.

Leading out from the premiere, Hasselhoff will host the season premiere of “Gotham Comedy Live.”
