A drama series that was canceled in 2007 is coming back to TV. The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports that Netflix and Warner Bros. are reviving “Gilmore Girls.”
“Set to return are stars Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Scott Patterson, Kelly Bishop, Sean Gunn and Keiko Agena,” THR reports. “Original producers Amy Sherman-Palladino, Daniel Palladino and production company Dorothy Parker Drank Here Productions are all on board for the revival.”
The companies have confirmed the project, but did not disclose the title or episode count. The original series ran seven seasons on The WB and The CW, with 153 episodes produced.
