With Super Bowl 50 Looming, Here’s Where You Can Get Caught Up on the Previous 49 Super Bowls

CBS is gearing up to broadcast Sunday’s Super Bowl showdown between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers, and the network rolled out plans to celebrate Super Bowl 50 by incorporating material on the past 49 years of Super Bowls into its four-hour pregame coverage.

The network unveiled details on the program it’s calling “The Super Bowl Today,” which will air from 2-6 p.m. ET. The show will include “historical footage, great moments, videos, player vignettes and reflections highlighting the history of the Super Bowl since CBS first broadcast it in 1967,” the network said.
