ESPN is reporting that one of the stars of the recent Super Bowl is headed to ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars.” Defensive standout Von Miller of the Denver Broncos, who was named the Super Bowl MVP, will join the show during season 22, which debuts this fall, according to the report.
Other casting notes, not all of them confirmed, surfaced earlier this week, as we reported previously. The official “DWTS” cast announcement is set for Tuesday on “Good Morning America.”
ESPN cites an unnamed source confirming the casting of Miller.
“Miller has made a career of sacking quarterbacks and celebrating with different dances, some of which have gotten him fined,” ESPN notes. “His ‘Key & Peele’ sack dance last season cost him $11,567.”
