Speaking publicly for the first time since he was awarded $140 million in a lawsuit against Gawker, legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan told “Good Morning America” that the gossip website “picked the wrong guy this time.” Hogan talked in detail about the case during his interview with “GMA’s” Linzie Janis, which you can watch below.

Hogan said that for him the case was not about money, but was about doing whatever he had to do to expose Gawker’s use of a sex tape of Hogan with the wife of his former best friend as an invasion of privacy.

Hogan spoke candidly in the interview, admitting that he became overwhelmed when he heard the jury’s verdict and began crying. He reiterated that the sex tape, from 2007, was made without his knowledge, and said he feels he was set up by his friends.
