An actor known for his work on TV shows including “CSI,” “Pretty Little Liars” and “Lie to Me” faces a felony gun charge and other charges in connection with a dispute with a neighbor. TMZ.com reports that Brandon Jones, 27, was arrested following the encounter March 24.

Jones allegedly pulled out a handgun during an argument and pointed it at a male neighbor.

“The D.A.’s Office just slapped Jones with a felony, assault with a firearm. We’re told Jones did not actually fire the gun or strike the man with it, but pointed it at him … which constitutes an assault,” TMZ reports. “Jones was also charged with 2 misdemeanors … exhibiting a deadly weapon and exhibiting a concealable firearm in public. That second one happened in October 2015.”

Jones reportedly faces up to five and a half years if he’s convicted.

The report quotes a rep for Jones saying: “It is our understanding that the gun in Mr. Jones’ possession was fully legal and registered, that he was on his girlfriend’s private property, and that he and his girlfriend felt that they were under threat in a dispute with neighbors.”

Here’s a clip from “Pretty Little Liars” featuring Jones’ character, Andrew Campbell — coincidentally, in the clip, Campbell has recently been arrested …

  1. I dont Think Jones is meant to be arrested because he was very angry and he brought out a firearm but he didnt fire it nor did he hit his neighbour with it.
if it were some people they would fire the arm in his anger.
But Jones should be warned not to bring out firearm in the public and if he not eligble to be in possession of one he should give the local police authority his firearm.
And lastly Jones area should be investigated…
