Two Netflix series are moving to broadcast television in an arrangement that reverses the traditional flow of content from broadcast to the streaming service.
Netflix announced that season one of “Narcos” will be aired by the Spanish-language network Univision as part of a promotional deal between the two companies. Additionally, the Spanish-language Netflix series “Club de Cuervos” will air on UniMas.
The move comes in advance of the second-season premieres of both shows on Netflix, set for later this year.
