Woody Allen will be starring in a new TV series, set to premiere next month on Amazon. The AP reports that “Crisis in Six Scenes” will premiere Sept. 30.

“The comedy, set during the upheaval of the 1960s, focuses on a suburban family dealing with the chaos brought by a visitor,” the story notes. “The cast includes Allen, Miley Cyrus and Elaine May.”

Amazon also took the wraps off release dates for other original comedies. Tig Notaro’s “One Mississippi” premieres Sept. 9, followed by playwright Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s “Fleabag” on Sept. 16.

“Also announced Sunday were the return dates for ‘Transparent,’ the transgender-themed comedy which will begin its third season on Sept. 23; ‘Red Oaks,’ the 1980s-set country club sitcom back for its sophomore season Nov. 11, and ‘Mozart in the Jungle,’ the series set in the world of classical music, starting its third season Dec. 9,” the report adds.
