An attorney representing the family of JonBenet Ramsey, whose unsolved killing is the focus of the two-part CBS documentary “The Case of: JonBenet Ramsey,” says he will sue CBS over the project, People reports.

The production points the finger at JonBenet’s older brother, Burke Ramsey, the story reports.

The report quotes attorney L. Lin Wood saying: “I’m absolutely going to sue CBS on behalf of Burke as a result of the false accusations and the fraud of the docuseries by CBS.”

The network isn’t flinching, saying in a statement to People: “CBS stands by the broadcast and will do so in court.”

The CBS program, which aired Sunday and Monday, presented a theory about JonBenet’s death in December 1996 in which Burke accidentally killed his sister by hitting her with a flashlight.
