NBC Changes the Lineup for the Upcoming Season of ‘The Voice’

Oct 18, 2016  •  Post A Comment

NBC announced the lineup of coaches for season 12 of its singing competition “The Voice,” which rolls out in February, and there’s one big change.

The seat that has been held by Miley Cyrus will be taken over by Gwen Stefani, who returns after being on the show back in seasons seven and nine.

But Cyrus isn’t severing ties with the show, and in fact has already re-upped for season 13 — the only one to do so at this point. Season 13 is due in fall 2017.

The rest of the key players, including relative newcomer Alicia Keys along with Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, will all be back on board for season 12, as will host Carson Daly.
