A sizable price bump is coming for a subscription video service. Multichannel News reports that starting Jan. 9, AT&T’s DirecTV Now will no longer offer its “Go Big” package for the promotional price of $35 per month. The price will surge to $60.

The package, which offers more than 100 channels, will assume it’s natural spot in the DirecTV Now lineup that also includes the “Live a Little” package ($35 per month for 60+ channels); “Just Right” ($50 per month for 80+ channels); and “Gotta Have It” ($70 per month for 120+ channels).

Subscribers who sign up before the price switches will reportedly get to keep the package for $35 per month.

The report quotes a statement from AT&T that reads: “We want to let our potential DIRECTV NOW customers know our limited-time pricing on the ‘Go Big’ package will end Monday, Jan. 9.  Any current DIRECTV NOW customers, and those who sign up before the promotion ends, will stay at the special price of $35 for ‘Go Big’ package. That’s a monthly savings of $25. Customers who sign up for this offer will continue to enjoy this special price for as long as they keep the package, subject only to future reasonable programming price increases applicable to all packages.”
