A new first-look clip released today for an upcoming crime anthology series showcases actress Jessica Biel as a young mother who inexplicably commits murder. The USA Network posted the trailer for “The Sinner,” which also stars Bill Pullman and Christopher Abbott.

The psychological thriller is based on the book of the same name by Petra Hammesfahr.
