With three couples remaining in a close battle for the “Dancing with the Stars” trophy, ABC announced broadcast plans for the season 24 finale, which will take place Monday and Tuesday, May 22-23.

The competition is one of the tightest ever at this point in the season, ABC said.

All three of the remaining couples — Rashad Jennings & Emma Slater, Normani Kordei & Valentin Chmerkovskiy, and David Ross & Lindsay Arnold — will dance both a Redemption Style dance and a Freestyle dance. Click here for details on their planned musical numbers.

Musical performers will Include Hailee Steinfeld, OneRepublic and Lady Antebellum.

Additionally, Nicole Scherzinger and Colt Prattes will dance to “Do You Love Me?” from ABC’s upcoming adaptation of “Dirty Dancing.”

The “DWTS” champion will be revealed live on the May 23 show, which will run from 8:30-11 p.m. ET. Click here for additional details released today by ABC.
