ABC and the Motion Picture Academy have settled on the key players for the 90th Oscars, announcing today that Jimmy Kimmel will return as host while Michael De Luca and Jennifer Todd will be back as producers.
Oscar Sunday is set for March 4, 2018, with the ceremony to again be held at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood and televised live by ABC.
Academy President Cheryl Boone Isaacs made the announcement.
“Jimmy, Mike and Jennifer are truly an Oscar Dream Team,” said Boone Isaacs. “Mike and Jennifer produced a beautiful show that was visually stunning. And Jimmy proved, from his opening monologue all the way through a finale we could never have imagined, that he is one our finest hosts in Oscar history.”
Kimmel quipped: ”If you think we screwed up the ending this year, wait until you see what we have planned for the 90th anniversary show!”
