Fox News Anchor Says She Feels Threatened by Angry Response to Her Trump Comments

Aug 16, 2017  •  Post A Comment

“A Fox News Channel anchor whose reaction to President Donald Trump’s comments on Charlottesville spread widely says she feels threatened but not deterred after a flood of angry responses from viewers to her words,” the AP reports. “Kat Timpf, of the show ‘The Fox News Specialists,’ said that she’s blocked part of her Twitter feed and stopped looking at emails. A day earlier, Timpf called Trump’s news conference disgusting and said ‘I have too much eye makeup on to cry right now.'”

Timpf’s comments on Trump even received some airplay on Rachel Maddow’s MSNBC show, the report notes..

“That left her vulnerable to attack by Trump supporters, who seem to take particular affront when the president is criticized on Fox,” the AP reports. “Both Timpf and Eboni K. Williams, a co-host who blistered Trump in a commentary on Monday’s show, inspired Twitter hashtags calling for their firing.”

  1. It’s about time someone at Fox news spook the truth about Trump. Do the right thing. Keep our county united. Trump was wrong this time.

  2. What truth are you talking about? The President called everyone out and it was not good enough. It must be nice to live in a world where people feel as though it is their duty to erase American History (the removal of confederate artifacts) just because they do not agree with it.

President O’Bama could/should have called out “Black Lives Matter” (a hate group) during Ferguson County.but was never called on it.

Today’s version of racism excludes debate and white people. lol

    • president “o’bama”? racist much?

    • Yes, there are real Confederate memorials. I got family there. But most of these things, specially the huge pompous ones, were not put there to honor anyone. They were installed 1890, 1905 etc to keep the blacks down, reminding them at the height of Jim Crow who was boss, and who could be lynched on nothing but a rumor and a gut full of bad hooch.

And all that’s a fact. Check it out. But I susp[ect you know all that.

  3. What appears to be the only truth Mr. Obama said was that he wanted to fundamentally change America. The “fundamental” foundation of the USA is our constitution and especially the first ten amendments that were part of the original document as ratified. The First Amendment – states: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. But today liberals, Democrats, socialists and timid Republicans that only care about their jobs want to limit speech to only those that agree with them. They want to shut down peaceable assembly if those assembled don’t share their opinions. To be put in a position to defend Neo-Nazis (new national socialists) as the ones being denied their constitutional protection nauseates me. But this scum is protected by our laws and the anti-protesters violated it and people died! The ultimate goal is to make our constitution a vestige of in immorally conceived nation and to destroy it along with the monuments illustrating our history. Liberals only know how to tear down those that work to advance. They never strive to build up for fear the their position of power might be challenged. This nation voted to change the way Mr. Obama and liberal socialists treated this nation and its people. We have a president that can’t be bribed and cares about the nation and its people – finally!

    • Umm, the government didn’t prevent the Neo-Nazi’s from assembling, so their rights were not denied. The First Amendment doesn’t say that no other civilians can gather in opposition of that assembly. In fact, that same First Amendment also protects the rights of the “anti-protesters” to assemble. What it doesn’t protect is the right of a TERRORIST to plow through a group of people with his car.

  4. Who knew there were so many Nazi sympathizers?

    • Hitler & Trump.
