Sarah Silverman Examines America’s Issues

A number of the issues that have been in the headlines lately are tackled by comedian Sarah Silverman in a clip released today in connection with her upcoming Hulu series, “I Love You, America.”

The clip presents Silverman performing what appears to be the show’s theme song, with much of the focus on diversity and race relations.

  1. Well, all I can say is that I will never get that 4 minutes and 43 seconds back again. I can’t remember whether I thought Sarah Silverman was ever funny or not, but I stuck it out to the end hoping there would be SOMETHING funny. But it just got worse and worse, more and more “gee I’m soooo much better than you are” preachy. All I can conclude with is, I’ve got to hand it to Silverman’s agent. That dude just got her a gig with Hulu that’s going to bomb…”BIG TIME.” And she’s still gonna get paid.
