Simon Cowell has been released from the hospital after an accident in which the “America’s Got Talent” judge says he suffered “a bit of a concussion.”

People magazine reports that Cowell, 58, fell down the stairs at his home in London. He was seen wearing a neck brace as he was rushed to a hospital this morning.

A rep for Cowell is quoted saying: “It’s been a scary morning. It was very early and Simon was going down his stairs to get some hot milk because he couldn’t sleep.”

The rep added: “He fainted and is thought to have fallen down the stairs.”

After being released from the hospital, Cowell thanked fans for their concerns and was quoted saying: “I’ve got a bit of concussion. I feel better now.”

“A source told People that the music mogul is concerned about feeling well enough to tape Saturday night’s live ‘X Factor’ show on ITV and may have to pull out,” People reports, quoting Cowell saying: “I will be back, but I don’t know about tomorrow.”
