Trump Takes Shots at Sen. Al Franken

Nov 17, 2017  •  Post A Comment

Donald Trump targeted Sen. Al Franken, who has been an outspoken critic of Trump, in a series of tweets after Franken was accused of groping a woman on a USO tour in 2006.

Trump called the senator “Al Frankenstien,” apparently misspelling a reference to the “Frankenstein” monster. You can see Trump’s tweet below.

Trump followed that tweet a few minutes later with another one aimed at Franken, writing: “And to think that just last week he was lecturing anyone who would listen about sexual harassment and respect for women. Lesley Stahl tape?”

  1. Now this is hilarious … who truly is the real monster here …
Al makes one sad mistake in an amazing career and
Ding Dong Don (as in King Kong Con) – works both ways actually …
is destroying this country … where Al is in Congress keeping the
    Dong’s conservative cronies honest …

At least Al can spell … its great to have someone in the White House
    who can’t freaking spell … WTF ?

  2. This is YOUR opinion and I respectfully disagree with it, as far as President Trump “destroying the country.” We had eight years of Bush and eight years of “O’Bama,” each of which “destroyed the country” in ways that we may now know, or may not know about for years to come.

However, I do not believe that President Trump should be sounding off about these allegations because they hit, ‘Too close to home.” When will people start releasing all of the details about President Clinton’s alleged “Sexual Assaults?” This is not a political statement, but rather a question. All of these allegations against Senator Franken are taking the heat away from “Billy Boy” which was being discussed on television this week.

  3. Why is Franken, who is one person where there is actual physical evidence, not required to resign like all the actors, directors and producers? As always, the same rules don’t apply to Washington. This is why Hillary didn’t get elected, the general public is tired of this double standard.

    • Because even the “victim” doesn’t want him to resign.
