One of the last big hurrahs for Spike TV before it rebrands takes place tonight when the channel airs the new feature-length documentary “I Am Sam Kinison” — including a one-time-only telecast of the uncensored version of the production.
Spike will become the Paramount Network on Jan. 18.
At a recent screening of the documentary, many of the comedians and others who are a part of the film participated in a discussion of Kinison and the movie. Please click here for a full report by TVWeek Open Mic writer Hillary Atkin, along with a trailer for “I Am Sam Kinison.”
