A horrific crash Monday left two youngsters dead and a number of people injured when a driver ran a red light in Brooklyn and mowed down pedestrians.

Tony-winning actress Ruthie Ann Miles was among those injured and her 4-year-old daughter was killed, as was a 1-year-old boy, Deadline reports.

The vehicle reportedly struck five pedestrians. Deadline notes that the driver, a 44-year-old woman, may have suffered a seizure. A 46-year-old man and the mother of the 1-year-old were also injured.

“Miles, who won a Tony Award for her performance in the 2015 Broadway revival of ‘The King and I,’ is pregnant, and was walking with her four-year-old daughter Abigail at the time of the crash,” Deadline reports. “Her unborn child reportedly survived, and the actress was in stable condition at New York Methodist Hospital as of Tuesday.”

A GoFundMe campaign has been set up on Miles’ behalf.
