A drama series based on the 2017 ‘New Yorker’ article ‘Remembering the Murder You Didn’t Commit’ has been put in development by Paramount Television, reports Nellie Andreeva for Deadline.com.
Deadline continues, “The magazine article by Rachel Aviv explores the true story of how six people from a small town in Nebraska were brainwashed by local law enforcement into falsely believing that they had committed a murder together. The TV show will explore the fallibility of memory, the power of persuasion and the psychology of trauma.”
