Super Bowl Is More Than 90% Sold Out — Here Are Some of the Brands That Are In

With the Super Bowl now just a few weeks away — CBS will be airing the Big Game on Sunday, Feb. 3 — the network says advertising inventory in the broadcast is more than 90% sold out. Ad Age reports that CBS is citing a “surge of business from the usual suspects” along with a number of first-time Super Bowl advertisers.

Most of the unsold spots that do remain are in the fourth quarter, according to the Ad Age report, which cites Jo Ann Ross, CBS’s president and chief advertising officer. Ross reportedly noted that CBS never says the game is sold out.

Among the brands that are said to be in is Devour, part of the Kraft Heinz portfolio, which is reportedly buying its first Super Bowl ad. The brand has been marketed with the tagline “Food You Want to Fork.”

Anheuser-Busch InBev is “making its biggest Super Bowl ad buy in recent memory, with eight ads totaling five and a half minutes,” Ad Age reports. The company will be promoting Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois and Bon & Viv SpikedSeltzer, according to the story.

Colgate will be back in the lineup, marketing its Total oral-care brand with the tagline “Do more for your mouth” and a spot starring Luke Wilson.
