We Know It Sounds Sorta Strange, Since the Entire Network is Really About Selling Product: HSN Adding Product Placements

Home Shopping Network’s decision to add product placements to the sales pitches for its products should help the company’s stock, reports DailyFinance.com.

The Wall Street Journal reported that HSN is now promoting products from the likes of Barilla pasta in segments selling cookware and next month will begin airing a three-minute segment of a network chef making a recipe using Kraft food products. Other such product placement deals are in the works.
