Highest Paid Young Actors: Stars of ‘Two and a Half Men,’ ‘iCarly,’ and ‘Wizard of Wavery Place”

Two 16-year-olds and a 17 year-old are the three highest paid young actors their ages on TV, the New York Post reports.

Angus T. Jones, 16, who plays the nephew of Charlie Sheen’s character on CBS’ "Two and a Half Men," is the highest paid child actor on television, pulling in $250,000 per episode, according to the article.

Sixteen-year old Miranda Cosgrove of Nickelodeon’s "iCarly" holds the rank as the second-highest paid child TV actor with $180,000 per episode, while Selena Gomez, 17, of Disney Channel’s "Wizards of Waverly Place" is the third-highest paid with $25,000 per episode.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus, 17, receives only $15,000 per episode on Disney Channel’s "Hannah Montana," the article says, making her the sixth highest-paid kid on television, although she earns several time that for each of her concerts. The article drew its information from a survey of casting agents, talent agents and television executives.
