It should come as no surprise that the forces behind the runaway success of “The Bachelor” are themselves single, in a manner of speaking. Telepictures Productions, which is making prime-time inroads with ABC’s “Bachelor” and The WB’s “High School Reunion,” is an old-hand at reality but is now under the pressure of developing for syndication without a marriage to any station group.
